Are there any per-booking fees?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee for your plan plus a one-time setup fee. However many bookings GourmAI takes, the price stays the same.
What does the one-time setup fee cover?
Everything needed to get you live: setting up your AI, training it on your menu, hours and FAQs, connecting your WhatsApp (and Instagram on Standard and Premium), and refining it with you until you're happy.
How long does setup take?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month, so you can cancel whenever you like.
Which plans include Instagram?
Instagram DM automation is included in Standard and Premium. Starter covers WhatsApp.
What happens if a customer asks something the AI doesn't know?
It tells the customer honestly and points them to you to call or email, instead of guessing. It never makes up an answer.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. We handle the setup and the technical side. You share your restaurant's details, test the bot and tell us what to change.
